So far we have always received very beautiful flowers and bouquets. The staff are very friendly, happy to help and put everything together nicely. The grave maintenance works very well.
Ordering a grave arrangement by phone was quick and easy. The arrangement was brought directly to the funeral service. The arrangement was very nicely done and was well worth the money. I would order there again anytime

Does not respond to e-mails, does not respond to registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, one has signed Mr. Koch himself. The grave care was set by gardening cook obviously in the spring of 2017. The insertion label m. Overprint "Nursery Koch" was v. d Nursery removed. The grave was disbanded in the fall of 2017. Nevertheless, in 2018 I received an invoice for the entire year 2017. On my objection by e-mail and by letter (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) he had not responded. In 2019 I had received a bill for the grave care 2018, although the grave was dissolved in 2017. On my objection to this bill, he has not responded. Now (October 2019) I received a payment reminder for the bill from 2018 regarding grave care in 2017. Also on my renewed contradiction he did not react.
