WARNING! Anyone planning a wedding / event should not rely on "Die Blume"! If it were possible I would give 0 stars here! For our wedding, we coordinated and ordered bouquets, boutonniere and flower bracelets for the maid of honor with sample images (blue hydrangeas) months in advance. Several times before the appointment I went to "Die Blume" in person to arrange the bracelets to attach the flowers and a late pick-up date (we got married on Sundays and so the flowers last as long as possible, if they should be put on as late as possible) . At the pick-up date we were informed by the owner that he had noted the date incorrectly and that he could therefore not carry out the order due to the lack of blue hydrangeas. We had the feeling that he assumed that this would have been done for us and that we would leave again. We also received the offer that he could process the remaining stock into a bouquet before the weekend closes. We have agreed that the owner will find out more from the flower shops and garden centers that are still open and get us the blue hydrangeas. Half an hour later we received a call that there were no more hydrangeas. Therefore, in the middle of the wedding preparations, we found out about and mediated the shops ourselves. Four hours later we were able to pick up the order - optically far removed from the sample images with purple hydrangeas and the half withered remnants of the store. In addition, the flower bracelets were showered with ugly glitter that could not be removed. In our desperate situation we took the order with us, so as not to get married without a bouquet. At this point, you could still award a star for the good price-performance ratio, if the agreed price had not suddenly risen and I had been assumed that I would have ordered additional items after the order. I am well aware that no more money was earned from us through the purchase of the hydrangeas and the longer working hours. The omission is clearly with "Die Blume", for which I do not accept any additional costs. Since we only paid the agreed price, the owner gave us a nice greeting: "This is a bad sign for your wedding and will not bring you luck!" On the day of the wedding, despite the recommended storage in the refrigerator, most of the flowers were unusable, everything ended up in the garbage can and I made my own bridal bouquet from the table decorations at the location. My feelings for this business cannot be expressed in words and I can only advise against it! In addition, one should take a closer look at the relationship to the owner in the reviews ;-)

Important flower shop with a tasteful selection.

Always very fresh flowers that last much longer than the supermarket goods. In addition, very nice shopkeeper.
