Yves Rocher

Really small store. The staff (old lady) is rude and want only sell something to you and when she understand that you can not speak german very well, she will leave you so does not help you. I have payback card and by rules it is usable in a lot of stores include yves rocher but this lady does not accept the payback card and she will provide you the yves rocher card!! While it worths her! One time I bought a perfume there and suddenly after 5 minutes when I went out of mall I figured out that I do not like the smell (Used tester in store), when I came back to return the perfume (less than 7 minutes), she did not accept it!! It was in original condition and packed!! Edit: They changed the staffs and I believe that it got much better to buy something. Now I like it.

Very good collection of hand creams

The team in Kaiserslautern is very nice, helpful and, above all, competent. I get great advice from the staff every time I visit. This is how shopping is fun. In addition to the team, the range is of course also great!

I love this shop, have been a customer for years and regularly buy a lot of products there. Unfortunately, today I had a very bad experience with the saleswoman in the shop, she was really unfriendly and not helpful to me, unfortunately she completely spoiled the fun of shopping for me, have never seen anything like this from other salespeople in this shop, hopefully next time I shop I won't see this saleswoman again
