IOC Uni Stuttgart
Usually a quiet place to study and a great number of books, magazines & other material. The staff is nice and competent.
Wifi is alternating in some locations, there are too few power outlets (you need to come early if you want one) & there's no airconditioning (hot & stuffy summer)
There's a new part which is well equipped but the old parts need renovating
Opening times are perfectly sufficient.
It has bad Wifi and almost always full other than that it's fine and has a great number of books
A very calm place to study, good vibes!
