Helpful and good advice, in English. I was prepared to spend more on several cigar and pipe accessories to replace and update after moving to Germany, the staff convinced me multiple times that cheaper items would work just as well, saving money. Additionally, the recommendations from their rum selections were spot on for value and pleasure. Store accepted the US VAT form.
Great place to relax and smoke, fine selection of high end cigars and scotch. My go to place when in town.

Small nice specialist shop for cigars / tobacco and good wines.
As always, we received nice advice and left the shop with several bags. ;-)
