Very unfriendly! They take advantage of you! I wish i could give them no star at all! Never again! There are terrible!
After replacing the locks in our house, we are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the new keys (advertised as a house brand, soft metal that bends and breaks) and customer service also leaves something to be desired. Keys cannot be copied because there is no blank. However, ordering a suitable one would be too expensive for the employee, so the customer can see for himself where he can get help.
Perfect. Yes, the shop looks a bit chaotic and the employees are real Stuttgart Swabians. Reliable, economical, "no net hudle" and sometimes grumpy. The best thing is to have a lot of chat and work. The bill was humane despite the emergency service at the weekend.
My neighbor was locked out, we called several locksmiths who all called sums from 300 to 600 euros, all fraudsters, then after a tip we called the Schonert company, they were first after 25 minutes because the whole opening took less than 3 minutes and the price Simply great for less than 100 euros this company can and I would recommend to everyone, no matter which lock they get it on are super friendly and above all the prices are not so yellow pages rip-offs so if you live in the Stuttgart area you better call the Schonert company then you are not poor afterwards.
Copying my vault key took a second attempt, but was carried out to my complete satisfaction.
