Not trustable, not reliable, do not call him specially if you are a foreigner. P.s the address here in google maps belongs to another business and the name on the invoice is Mr. Klein and he does not exist even in the invoice’s address. he charged 20€ to come to Botnang. 20€ to make copy of another key. He said he will bring the copies the same day. 3 weeks following up and every time he hanged on me until he blocked my number and I canceled the order.
Edit: Some hours after I gave him this review somebody glued my lock. Some people help the others while some prefer vandalizing people’s private properties ignoring this is a crime. What a shame!
Friendly and nice Swabian who can also be used to pay conveniently with an EC card. First we called one slob to another. This was sloppy and hung up here but we were really helped. Was the cheapest key emergency service in all of Stuttgart or in our comparison. Thank you for picking us up at the main train station and driving us to our apartment in Stuttgart west.

Very quickly and professionally (from the call to the open door only about 15 minutes) and the price for a Saturday completely ok.
Was OK. A bit hectic on the phone, but he immediately wrote an invoice with the agreed fixed price on request. What is surprising is that the information about the team on the website is obviously incorrect, as the gentleman was not represented on the website as a contact person. It was a certain Mr. Klein. But in itself an "okay" locksmith.
