No one was at the "reception table" to take us to some seats for about 10 mins so we decided to take a free table, which was followed by some guy from staff promptly coming to tell us we had to wait for someone to take us to a table. People are also seated within spit distance of other tables which is a big no-no in a pandemic time like we have now.

Location is visually nice, operation slow but okay. But the shisha was the biggest rubbish. We had 2 of them both were dead after less than 30 minutes. When we said this, coal was simply put on it, as if this could save it. I don't recommend it if you want to smoke a nice shisha.

The people at the door think you are better. Not allowed in the lounge despite a reservation. Then starts to get cheeky. I really can't recommend it. By the way, my friends are also disappointed.

Were turned away because we were apparently dressed too sportily, although half of the guests who were sitting there were dressed just like that! When we pointed out and asked what was more sporty about us, there was no argument about it! Staff are totally arrogant, cheeky and disrespectful!
