Richard is such a great guy. He is so passionate about HiFi and it unquestionably shows when he helps you find the right gear that is meant for your ears. He really cares about what YOUR ears like and not about how much he can sell you. No matter how long I wanted to talk and learn about HiFi, we just kept talking as if we have been friends for years. He has great gear on-hand for every budget. I was hesitating about how some speaker cables would sound in my electronics, so he just let me borrow some to try out!
