Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, Unfortunately I have to write you this message with a heavy heart, even if I am not a fan of "saying things badly". The situation is such that my fiancé and our family have often bought and are buying cut flowers from you. In the beginning, we always liked the fact that the roses, for example, always stood for a long time and were sold very fresh. Unfortunately it is no longer the case. A few months ago the cut flowers warned always fresh the "rose head" was always "a bit harder" not so soft the flowers even partially closed a little and the lower flowers had never been torn off or you couldn't see anything of them. Lately the flowers that I get (and I get them for free once a week) have always been completely open, the lower blossoms have been torn off, the "rose head" is totally "soft" and, with a lot of luck, they will stand for three days. The roses used to be there for up to a week if they were well cared for. We are no longer satisfied with it at all. It has been going on for months and every time I hope they'll be fresher the next time, but unfortunately no. I also noticed that the flowers are no longer tied properly. The roses should normally be evenly distributed in the bouquet. But lately there are three roses on one side of the bouquet on the other two, so it doesn't look nice anymore. With some flowers you could also see that they were only cut two days ago. And the leaves of the cut flowers are often bent. All in all, the cut flowers are no longer what they used to be. It's a shame, because the flowers should bring joy, stand as long as possible and please the person you give them to. I didn't want to write negative reviews directly, I wanted to talk to you about them first. Above all, I expect beautiful, fresh cut flowers if they are ordered from you in advance. If this does not "change" in the future, the family and friends would unfortunately have to go shopping in the other flower shop.
