I have been a customer of MyPlace for two years. The service that I have received has always been friendly and professional. I received all the explanations that I needed and was allowed to view the storage unit before I committed. One note here, plan in a little time when first coming (or call to make an appointment). Most times of day there is only one member of staff on hand so it is possible for queues to form. Another positive point is that they don't force you into any bundled services (e.g. insurance) and you are free to use your own provider if desired. That said, their insurance was cheaper than mine, so I did end up with theirs. Also, the after hours service is excellent. One evening another customer blocked the security door. After a call to the service number, I had access to my unit in under 10 minutes. Lastly, short term rentals are easy to arrange and reduced price van rental can be arranged. I can highly recommend.

It's a very good central boxes. When we moved in Stuttgart we rent one box for every our things and it is very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and will assist you even if you only know how to speak English. The price is cheap.

Great storage hall and price was fair. There are various sizes throughout the facility and all items are climate controlled and safe.
