Package was not brought to the installation site as described, although it was described as follows: Hendricks transports your bulky goods order within Germany in 2-man handling (e.g. table tennis tables) by prior arrangement with you to the place of use. For bulky goods orders in 2-man handling, shipping costs of € 19.99 apply. The scheduling of appointments is not customer-friendly either, 7 hours is a lot, but the fact that it cannot be shortened by 2 hours is without words. The article was also delivered with almost a week's delay and finally damaged.
