Had a nice experience in this store. Very similar to Ikea in style and items, but a smaller store. We got several pieces of furniture on sale, and the employees were all helpful and friendly.

The store is not as big as its competitors like IKEA but still has a decent collection of items. I found the rates of almost same items bit higher here when compared to IKEA. The service of the employees were really nice and most of them spoke English as well. The only thing which I did not like about the store is the problem when you buy furnitures from them , they do not have an option to pick it at the same store. I live very close to this store and I went to buy a wardrobe from them ( also keeping in mind that it will be easy for me to pick it from there and take to my apartment 2mins away). But for my surprise, their warehouse was around 10kms away and if I order from this store, I will have to travel 10kms to pick it up. This is really something they should solve and allow to collect it from the same store.

Really have good collection of soft furnishings

Very poor quality, and fake guarantee! The revolving chair is broken after 5 months (that was used only at weekends!). And after two months ignoring my calls, easily said no guarantee because the chair has been used at home!!! That’s completely unacceptable . The center office even called me, stated that the other customers also have had this problem with this chair. This store’s been the worst store I‘ve experienced in Germany. The others like Ikea are fully responsible for the goods they produce. My family and friends will never buy anything from them.
