I am already a customer of Schuster & Sohn. After I canceled my order in time according to the terms of the contract, I was blocked for further orders!

Order via Esyoil Delivery via Schuster & Sohn. Oil delivery can hardly be more unreliable. Dispatcher (scheduling) does not stick to her own suggestions / arrangement. If you order oil here you should plan a vacation day for acceptance. However, it must be a very short-term vacation. Positive: the driver was very friendly and even expressed his regret. (He already knows the problem)

You can fill up with fuel around the clock, with a discount on the fuel tanker. Very good advice on everything to do with energy. Delivery of the heating oil with modern tank trucks and friendly, well-trained staff - and even climate-neutral!

Very good in the past. Well only now. Prices for oil are mentioned without VAT, even if one has explicitly asked and gets the answer, that is the complete price with everything. The ultimately unsightly awakening then comes with the bill. Compare prices is to advise at this point urgently. Unfortunately in the last years several unpleasant experiences with the company made.
