It would be nice if you get in touch with the customer, if I as a company receives an email requesting to create an offer with easy-to-carry out work! Otherwise, promises and dates were not respected despite prior agreement in my case, or recalls did not occur. If small customers do not count ... - but at least cancel by phone if you do not meet an appointment is the least I can expect! An order placed was thus not executed.
