Cozy house for large groups. The house is at the end of a small street off the main road. So it's nice and quiet here. There is plenty of sleeping space in spacious rooms. The 4 bathrooms have a total of 3 showers. The 4th bathroom is more like a laundry room with washing machine and Co. There is a kitchen with a dining room (seating 10-14 chairs). As well as a small tea kitchen with a second dining room (10-12 seats) Outside you can grill or make a campfire. There is also seating for several people here. The cleanliness in the house is okay. The landlords are easy to reach and helpful. It is best to book directly at the house to avoid booking fees through the booking website. The house is ideal for (small) company outings, family celebrations or birthdays.

I celebrated my 30th birthday with 12 overnight guests and one day guest in this accommodation. Despite the rainy weather, we had enough space to sit inside (even if it was a bit cozy at the dining table). An extra bed was available for a baby and our 5 year old, which was super practical. Our dog also felt comfortable. There are many hiking trails around it, I was told by my guests. Andreas was very accommodating and showed me everything and was approachable at any time. Communication with Viktoria was very helpful prior to arrival. All questions were answered promptly. The house is offered on different portals. I recommend contacting the property directly via their website to avoid high booking fees from third-party providers (Airbnb). All rooms are easily accessible, even if you have to get used to the spiral staircase. There are 3 bathrooms with showers which are a bit tricky, but all work perfectly. There is also a toilet on the ground floor, which is practical so that you don't have to keep running up. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, drinks refrigerator, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and coffee maker. Coffee, tea, spices, washing-up liquid, kitchen paper and tea towels were also available. There is a fire bowl including wood and a grill. You would have to bring your own charcoal and grill tongs. There are enough bed linen and towels. We were even given 6 bottles of wine. I had an unforgettable weekend and can highly recommend this holiday home for events.
