Positive: + Crèche from 2 years: the children learn a lot there and become well independent + good selection of care times + many additional offers, such as gymnastics, forest days, festivals, overnight stays, baking, etc. + Action weeks + Good and resourceful care (depending on the group / supervisor) + friendly atmosphere + Children are encouraged and instructed to help + Lunch possible + very committed parents (help at parties, painting / wallpapering, etc.) + friendly, hard-working management Negative: - no male supervisors - Management and planning: Announcements are often at short notice - some additional offers are at the expense of the care times, i.e. Although childcare is booked and needed until 5 p.m., the children have to be picked up at 1 p.m. because the supervisors still have to prepare something. There is no emergency group. Or there are events in which the parents should be present, such as Farewell to kindergarten, scheduled for the mornings and then during the summer holidays, when again some cannot participate. And those who are there have to work ... - Annual planning of closing days sometimes works, sometimes not It is important to me that childcare can be planned and is reliable so that I can concentrate on the job. Unfortunately, there are always points of friction with the kindergarten management at this point. Precisely because I have to reschedule professional or private activities again and again, even though it could be avoided, that's really annoying.
