First car purchase in Germany and I have to say that the dealership was great. They love their car brand and are very relaxed were very relaxed when interacting with me. Delivery of the vehicle is in a one car room and the car was as clean as it could be. The car was priced lower than it should have been which meant no haggling. Thank you!

Hygiene regulations are very important and pointed out with everything. Super fast repair completed and ready to drive within three days shortly after approval. Complete front damage done so quickly with all the electronics assistants, I have to praise the service and workshop again. Many thanks to Mr. Trautmann and Mr. Zeese.

The Audi salesman is of the opinion that he must yell at his customers and contract partners and discriminate if they do not wear a mask, although a certificate is available! He wanted to read through the certificate because he wanted to know the reason for the exemption and of course was not allowed to do so for data protection reasons! When asked if he would always treat customers like that, he said "It's our business"! That's how you sell cars, of course, but no longer to me! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
