wanted to rent a car and couldn't find the handbrake before driving (toggle switch). Suddenly I discovered a scratch that I allegedly made clean by driving myself. 1000 euros damage. Called in a lawyer who represented me there. After several letters from my attorney, there was no response and the process failed. I will never enter this shop again. I'd rather go on foot

At first I thought it would be super smooth with Avis because my employee did not have the company credit card with her and it was not yet stored in the company profile. We should call and leave the data. We tried this 5 times, of which 2 times reached someone who informed us that he would call back later. Now our employee is called that the case is in the reminder. We never even received an invoice or a reminder - despite our company profile with all available data. Trying to reach someone continues to be difficult. How much should you run after a bill?

After receiving a booking confirmation for a rental car, no rental car was available on the pick-up day at 5 p.m., although 7 cars were in the yard. No specific reason was given why none was available. Instead, we were sent away with a 2 month old baby. Absolutely not recommended. Very anti-social behavior towards fellow human beings. Just unreliable.

I only got information and was in contact with a very friendly employee. Since I can't say anything about the important points of the rental, no 5 stars, Another company was more interesting for my move because of the location, the prices at Avis seemed to me to be completely within the limits.
