My start / stop car battery was changed 1 1/2 years ago. Now I had to call the ADAC because the battery was empty. He immediately recognized that a conventional Bosch battery was installed instead of the start / stop battery. So I went to the next workshop and had a new battery installed. Both batteries cost the same amount. Only the delivered goods from Köhn were not a start-stop battery. The battery was billed to me as a start-stop battery. Poor customer service, employees too incompetent to order the right battery.
