We have been customers of Helro for many years and always satisfied. Exchange was never a problem. The customer service pleasant and not intrusive. Quality of work pants, t-shirts ect flawless. Can not understand the bad recessions. But it's always like this: if someone has something to complain about, you can quickly be there. It is apparently more difficult to express something posotives.
Calls that do not want, bad customer service, it's just about selling something on the phone. Bad quality of work shoes and if you want to exchange them because they break in the warranty period, your employee Ms. Röder is failing and snotty on the phone.
Very poor quality. Have several work shoes bought there and always went broke within the warranty. But there never was replacement. Warranty has always been rejected for flimsy reasons. Delivery usually took a very long time. 14 Tge is a very long time in this day and age.
