Had a toothache and am a scared patient. Even though I've never been there, I got an appointment the next day. Unfortunately I had these symptoms for a long time and I was only prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Arzer got to the bottom of this and started a root canal treatment. I had a good feeling straight away and wasn't as afraid as usual. I would also give 10 stars if it were possible. Great doctor who exudes a lot of calm, takes his time and answers questions. Employees are all very nice and friendly. I have definitely found my trusted dentist. Top.

I was actually always satisfied with Mr. Arzer until he refused the treatment despite the appointment and in the best of health. Because I've been abroad. I should just make a new appointment. I said tomorrow I'll be going abroad again, so that won't be of much use. Those who travel regularly apparently no longer receive any treatment. In addition, one would have to clarify this beforehand when making an appointment, if there are exclusion criteria. You just let people come to the appointment at least 30 minutes to get there and says they'll just come back another time .... I only give the second star because everything used to be okay
