not recommendable! My first appointment was ok, but painful, but I made a second appointment. Because I had to work again at short notice and could not keep the second appointment, I naturally wanted to cancel it so that someone else could get the chance to be treated. I had written the day of my appointment on my cell phone, but I didn't know the time anymore, so I called 5 days before the treatment to ask for the time and possibly postpone or cancel it, but none answered because the couple was in Vacation was. I then waited and called again the day before, the mailbox answered that they were in treatment, called again on the day of treatment and no one answered, spoke to the mailbox and asked for a call back new appointment, but nothing came. Attempted to call again two days later, Frau Tuschik answered and thought that I hadn't tried to cancel my appointment and would charge me for it. Now she didn't give me a new appointment because she apparently "didn't need" to get new customers. It doesn't really matter to me, apart from the fact that you can only pay in cash, you don't get a bill and the treatment is not painless, I would not set foot in this practice anyway after the rude action. Rude, unprofessional, and only for profit.
