Herr Dr. med. Oliver Walden

I had an appointment on site on 09/28/2020. I was told I would get a medical report. I had expressed the wish several times to send it to me by email, after which I was told the practice should not be on the Internet for data protection reasons. I am not repeating the internet. On October 21, 2020 I received a report from my employees (of course by post to the company) although I had discussed this beforehand. In this report, a very important statement is missing for me, which Dr. Walden then agreed by telephone about 1 - 2 weeks ago that I would receive NEW in writing. I repeatedly asked by e-mail, or or so that my employees do not see it. Then nothing happened for a week, after about 10 calls (5 of them only the answering machine) the employees told me something different each time. After 5 conversations and totally irrelevant statements from the ladies, I said several times please fax it or send it by post (no matter how). Now comes the absolute bang, the lady literally says to me .. NO You have to make an appointment with your girlfriend again on site and pick it up !? Illogical, irrelevant, just purely emotional and unproductive. If I don't get my report by Fix, 11/10/20 to the specified address, by fax I don't care anymore, then the matter goes to the lawyer, unfortunately.

Absolutely not recommended, my husband was there. Symptoms are treated with pills and no cause research is carried out. According to the standard procedure, which was apparently not even detailed, he was told "that would be wear and tear!" No detailed ultrasound examination was carried out. That could have cost my husband's life now ... Because if they had, they would have found that he has a 6.7 cm abdominal aortic aneurysm. Luckily we went to another specialist in Hamburg again, he was really horrified about it !!! Unfortunately you have to give a star ... I would take this practice all!

The practice has been in the building of the former hospital in the Wasserkrüger Weg, Mölln, for over two years. It's amazing how the internet still shows outdated addresses in one place or another. The rating I have given here, by the way, has nothing to do with the practice. Unfortunately, one can not comment here without having previously evaluated.

I like to be a patient here and feel well cared for. Have moved the location now in the practice clinic. ;-)
