The doctor was absolutely rude and incompetent! Office assistants were friendly. Without an appointment and after almost three hours of waiting, a completely wrong diagnosis was found - and therefore the affected eye was treated completely wrong for a week! The doctor diagnosed a grain of barley and a slight inflammation! Instead, it was a herpes in the eye and a corneal inflammation, which resulted from the untreated herpes! The symptoms in the eye got much worse with the wrong medication! After a week a competent eye center in HH was visited - the doctor clapped her hands over her head. I still have eye problems due to the wrong treatment! Absolutely no recommendation !!

This doctor is absolutely incompetent. She just wanted to sell extra services. I came to her with a foreign body feeling in mind. After more than 2 hours waiting, she had looked very rabid in the eye and found nothing. Your statement is when I see nothing, you have nothing. One day later, a competent doctor found a foreign body and a purulent inflammation of the eye.
