Doctors are very polite and highly qualified. I recommend.

I called them about an emergency appointment because I am in pain. Despite an appointment, they sent me away after 1o minute when I registered and 2o minutes later in the waiting room. Very rude and arrogant

I tried to call all morning, no one answered the phone. Then drove there because the day before they had given my husband a referral instead of a briefing. They were completely overwhelmed at the counter. Said the phone system was broken, but I kept hearing the phone ring, and one of the women called a taxi. (!). They weren't rude, but they weren't rude either. Didn't greet me when I got in, just ignored it. Didn't apologize for the mistake they made to my husband. It also took 20 minutes to fix the error. Maybe the doctor is nice and competent - unfortunately his employees are not. So I can only advise against making an appointment here.

Despite pain rejected only with appointment or emergency well what can I say I prefer to go to Hamburg! Sch ..... store can't wait 4 weeks or so.

Never reachable .... It's not nice :-(
