We ordered a floor about 4 to 5 weeks ago. We were told that the delivery is one week. After the week we called again because we hadn't heard anything. After asking several times, we were told that the floor did not come along. We were put off for a week later. After the second week we still haven't heard anything and called again. Since we didn't get any information again, we wanted to cancel the order. Then we were called that the floor is really coming and they would deliver it to us for the weekend. To date, no soil has arrived and there has not been a call. I can't reach anyone by phone either. We are totally disappointed and will not shop there in the future.

Large selection. Also looked like very good advice from other customers. However, I was completely ignored by several employees. When asked for a product, I was told without hesitation that there was no such thing. After saying that I was looking for an alternative, this was completely ignored. It was about a simple fabric cover which was definitely available in the shop. Very unsatisfactory buying experience.
