Very nice walks organized. Was also very well informed scientifically about fasting. However, the accommodation is not comfortable, until very worn out. Tap water, which is basically not bad. However, I personally did not feel comfortable due to the repair backlog of the property in connection with food. It doesn't just save on calories.

So far I have taken part in three fasting hiking holidays (Taubertal, Altmühltal and Siebengebirge) and it was always very nice. Professionally stimulating and informative, great nature and beautiful hiking tours, very nice and caring accompanied. The accommodations were also absolutely fine for my needs and in terms of the overall price-performance ratio.
