Physio Med

After 2 rather moderate experiences with other practices, I started the third attempt and very satisfied. Appointments are always two-sided, because of the work I am inflexible, it still works well. I never wait long for the therapist, in another practice I was sometimes made to wait 45 minutes.

I can only recommend it, very friendly, appointments are given promptly and the therapists are all friendly and start their treatment on time. I always enjoy coming here :)

I got there physiotherapy on the device as a cash benefit. The devices are fine. At the welcome the staff at the counter is still friendly. For a star. But: The trainers adjust the devices individually before use. You could actually do that yourself, but you must not. In addition, the coaches do nothing. You will not be motivated and encouraged. If you do not push yourself to adjust the weights, nothing happens. I would call the coaches "indifferent" and "listless". Once I came 5 minutes too early. I thought, then I sit down on the bike trainer and make me a little longer warm. The result was that the leader came out from behind the counter and kicked me out in a hugely aggressive way that it was not allowed to use a machine without the coach's supervision and then without the coach adjusting the saddle height. The sound was so inappropriate that it makes my blood freeze even today. God, I have used such devices for several years without supervision by any trainers. In fact, you have to be treated like a dumb child in this shop. I then lost all motivation to continue with Physio Med. I've still dragged myself a few times, but I had to overcome a lot. Shortly before the last appointment, I had so much stress that I actually missed the appointment. When I called to apologize, I was immediately told that the cost of this appointment would be private. I would get a private bill in the next few days. I also found the tone of this announcement to be inappropriately aggressive, as if it were a pleasure to punish me. I then actually received an invoice for about 40.00 € for the missed appointment. Purely legally, this bill is perfectly fine. On the other hand, have had back problems for almost 50 years and have been in physiotherapeutic treatment very often. It can always happen that you missed an appointment that is paid by the health insurance. Never before has a physiotherapist charged me for it. To summarize, I can only say to the readers: If you want to neutralize your motivation to do something for your health through active sport, then you are m.E. at PhysioMed right.
