Under no circumstances can I recommend this travel agency. Due to the current situation, I can understand very well that it is not easy for travel agencies at the moment, but you should at least let the customer finish talking to find out what is going on and not start bubbling that you are annoyed! If you sell monthly tickets as a subscription, it would be good if you knew everything and did not make unqualified statements that did not make. In any case, we will now close our subscription for the monthly card somewhere else and not with Ms. Basedau in the DB travel agency Mölln!
