Did not want to book a package holiday, but only hotel in Poland, but with two dogs. On site it was the employee not possible to get accurate information, as a large dog should. She promised to report in the current week, unfortunately nothing. Had with this employee anyway the feeling of not being in good hands. Was not an expensive flight. This travel agency, no thanks.

Very friendly and competent advice with fun factor, booked a trip for April 2019, as we did not have so much experience, was long and patiently looking for a hotel with all our wishes, until it matched the value for money. Then our airline went bankrupt and we were able to fly anyway, as Mrs. Schlien hanged himself on the phone until we found a suitable flight that does not fall into the night. The holiday was also great. We are already planning the next trip. Thank you so much
