Due to Corona, we want our planned vacation on October 2nd. do not compete. It should go to Turkey. Although there is no travel warning for our vacation spot, we wanted to cancel the trip. We had planned the costs of 600, - €. Ms. Walheim told us different ways of avoiding a cancellation fee. Rebook for autumn 2020, a trip to Germany or simply postpone the trip to autumn 2021. We simply decided to travel in October 2021. In our case this was not so easy as we paid the costs by credit card. The main amount had also been debited. Ms. Walheim pulled out all the stops and made sure that we got all costs reimbursed and we simply transfer the new deposit 2021. 1000 thanks to the great team "Haus der Reise". We would book with you again and again :-)
