We have booked an individual tour in Asturias / Somiedo to observe brown bears and have returned home happy and grateful with our motorhome. We felt that we were well supported both in preparation and on site and, especially in the Corona situation, very well informed and cared for by Ms. Bengtsson. The local guide Jesus was competent, funny and was just as happy about every animal he discovered as we were. The meeting with the boss of the Spanish tour partner also completely convinced us that we had made the right choice with Perlenfänger and Ms. Bengtsson. The love of the land and the animals, as well as their protection, is an affair of the heart for everyone involved. We were assured that we won the lottery, because we were able to experience 6 bear sightings over 5 days, which we could really enjoy thanks to the excellent equipment of the guide and his quick, good eyesight. In addition, we were allowed to take numerous film recordings of the bears home with us. It's a bit of a shame that we don't have any photos of a bear that we could share here or show to others. We really liked the excursions and hikes with the guide in the impressive nature of the Somiedeo nature park and the information about the country and history. The numerous animal sightings, such as deer, wild boar, chamois, vultures and the fantastic landscape of northern Spain made this tour a special experience. Last year I had the wish to make a very special trip. At Perlenfänger I came across the excursion in Spitsbergen. Ms. Bengtsson has organized everything for me. Now I have the journey behind me and I am completely thrilled. Everything was organized from A to Z and worked smoothly. I am wonderful impressions and a lot of photos came back. Thanks a lot! The next excursion is already looking for next year :)

We were about Perlenfänger at the Wolf Seminar in Lusatia. Beautiful nature, great animal encounters with wolves and other animals, very differentiated and interesting lectures by Cati and Stephan, our guides. In addition, good organization by Perlenfänger with consideration of individual wishes. I have not been there for the last time.

I have just been on the Pearlcatcher Tour "Wild Eagles and Red Herring" in the Polish Oder Delta. The trip was super organized, a request during the tour by mail answered Sabine Bengtsson within a short time. The "safari team" on site treated us as dear guests, was very dedicated, nice and competent. The experiences they gave us with eagles, red deer and other animal and bird life on site were breathtaking. A true still-insane tip of fantastic nature in the middle of Europe. It was my second trip with a pearl catcher. My recommendation: Book and enjoy!

Portugal at Petro and Anabela summer 2020 This trip was one of the most beautiful in my life! With a lot of expertise and great empathy, the basics of dealing with horses and riding were taught. The focus is always on contact with the animals. Due to the small groups (there were three of us in the beginners course), Petro was able to respond to us individually, knew how to choose suitable horses for us, and gave us great security. The 10 completely relaxed dogs on the farm reflected this loving approach. In the afternoon we were invited to small hikes in the fantastic surroundings, where we could see wild horses up close could observe. Anabela fed us healthy and delicious, although she also led the day's rides. How did she manage all of this? I felt sooo sooo good !!! I wish both of them all the best for their future, so that they can continue their work of the heart even in these difficult times, as well as their commitment to the preservation of the wolves and wild horses.
