DHL Packstation 135

One of the somewhat newer packing stations in and around Kaiserslautern. The packing station is on the back of Penny. When I first arrived, I was of the opinion that the packing station would be in Penny's parking lot, but you have to drive backwards (the packing station is therefore between Penny and Messeplatz). I am very satisfied with the packing station here. Relatively large, with many compartments and so far all parcels could be delivered (i.e. compartments are free and the parcels are not diverted to nearby branches). The normal functions work properly so far (scanner, compartments, etc.). There are enough parking bays directly in front of the Packstation and since there is no shop nearby, you can always find a parking space directly in front of the Packstation. Compared to other Packstations, the touchscreen works without problems and also reacts directly to inputs. The lighting in the evening leaves something to be desired, however. Better lighting would be desirable. I've been approached twice by heavily drunk people (apparently homeless) who buy their supply of alcoholic beverages from Penny and then spend the night behind the market near the packing station. In my opinion, not recommended at night and so out of place for a pick-up station that is open around the clock.
