DHL Packstation 115

I am very satisfied with the packing station here. Relatively large, with many compartments and the parcels can usually be delivered (i.e. compartments are free and the parcels are not diverted to nearby branches). The packing station is located in the back of the Aldi parking lot and can be easily reached by car. Two things: the Packstation's touchscreen is really difficult to use. The inputs with the finger are almost not recognized. A tip that works: use your knuckles off your finger (no joke!). Typing is just as fast and it is recognized by the touchscreen without any problems. Once told me a lady who stood behind me when I struggled. Thanks for it, it really works! Second little downer, in the evening after business hours from the Aldi the lighting is switched off. The packing station is in the "last corner" of the parking lot and it is very dark there in the evening. The station lighting is not suitable for this. A little more lighting in the evening would be nice.

The packing station is easily accessible. There are no barriers at the parking lot, so you can get to the Packstation outside the opening hours of the surrounding shops. There are parking spaces directly in front of it. The touchscreen also worked perfectly for me.

Touchscreen is too strong, you have to almost beat it so that it is recognized

Touchscreen defective and no pickup is possible. I never had that before. System does not seem to work.
