I am american. We went in for an appointment and they immediately got rude and told us to pay 300€ before anything was done(which another doctor in a different facility informed us is illegal by the way). They got loud and told us to speak German and we dont know the language. They were being racist towards americans. Another lady came out speaking excellent english and got even louder and kept interrupting us. Overall, I DO NOT reccomend anybody come here. When we pulled our cards out to pay, they said, and I quote, "we dont take card, we're not a department store". Do not go here. The worst customer service I've ever seen. We were treated horribly and hope that if you do go here, they won't treat you the same as they did us.

I feel in good hands there. The doctor and nurse are very friendly, helpful and professional.

Very competent and understandable. The antechambers (in Landstuhl) are also very nice

Actually, a dear doctor, unfortunately, the practice is completely overcrowded and the medical helpers completely overworked, therefore super rude. Telephone as good as never reached and dates to take forever
