It's a shame that there are no minus stars. 2.5 hours for baby boomers, nails that look bad. Thick blobs of gel sticking the nail bed together, along with furrows and dents. Curved nail tips "rounded off" the horror. It's better to admit when you can't do something than to have your nails disfigured so horribly.

Unfriendly staff, while they are on the phone, vacuuming or scrolling around on Facebook, nails have been shortened again after the correct length. No friendly hello and even in the middle of the treatment, the colleagues are swapped. 2 nails got completely crooked, I didn't enjoy anything. Very much in need of improvement.
