The air conditioning service was filled so we was able to continue the trip of return to Italy, a good technic service. I gave one star (because zero was not possible) because of the attitude: they was speaking german thinking I did not understand about the loose of gas that we had but when I asked in english if the sistem is loosing gas they said no, asked two different people. After 2 days the car lost all gas! Bad service not technically but because they were not honest about the real situation and they hide the real situation speaking german. I would give 5 stars if they just inform me that the car is loosing gas at the end of the refill.

I was looking for an adapter for a car radio and found what I was looking for at ATU. Since the employees on site were all talking to customers and I'm an impatient person, I courageously bought an adapter that, in my opinion, fits. In the end, unfortunately, it does not fit, here it is due to my impatience. The range offered is very good and clear, and the staff is very friendly 😊.

On Monday, November 30th, 2020 I was at ATU at 7:30 a.m. On Saturday evening I noticed that my low beam was not working, I tried to change it on Sunday and it still didn't work. Since I drive 120 km through the forest every day, early in the dark and in the evening in the dark to drive to work, I explained my problem and asked someone to take a look at it, maybe I made a mistake switching because I did Haven't had a car long. This was rejected and said that the car had to stay there or that an appointment would be made on Saturday. I explained my daily route again and that I couldn't drive it for a whole week without lights. There was nothing to be done, I was sent away without anyone looking at it. Luckily I met a nice employee of the workshop outside, to whom I described the problem and he took a look at it. Lo and behold, I made a mistake, because I didn't know that my car had separate low beam and high beam. The employee, the workshop was so nice and changed the right lamp and in two minutes it was ready and I could drive to work. I thank him !!! The behavior of the employees inside doesn't work for me at all, especially since I've been a customer there for years and that already with my third car. Service was more than written in small letters on Monday!

No appointments Since my tires are very worn, I ordered new tires including assembly from ATU in Dessau on ebay. Since the next free date is in just under 4 weeks, I will probably be riding on worn tires by then. I was hoping for an appointment in the next few days. Perhaps the rating will be adjusted again after the visit to ATU.
