I presented my vehicle to the Hu in May 2020 after an inspection, but the sticker was not issued due to significant defects. After consultation with the TÜV and the workshop, I received the sticker 780 km later, unfortunately from another examiner. So I asked for a statement by email and got the answer: no misconduct on the part of the test engineer, I am to blame. So it remains unclear whether arbitrariness
Business model or specialist knowledge.
After waiting 5 weeks, I received the message that Dekra cannot issue Coc papers.
This is all the more disappointing as it is advertised on the website.
I got an appointment here quickly and easily. Prices are uniform, so it's hard to criticize them.
The inspection here on site is of course more demanding due to the existing technology.
