I am satisfied with the cleaning performance. Unfortunately, no appointment was kept twice. When the vehicle was handed in, the gentleman was 20 minutes late, I had an urgent follow-up appointment in town. Nobody was there to pick it up either. After a call, I found out that I can pick up my keys at the neighboring gas station. I was supposed to pay there too, of course there was no invoice or anything like that. At this point one would like to see more professionalism.
Great result. Upholstery cleaning perfect and no scratches to be seen. I had my upholstery sealed right away and now I don't have any stains if a few drops of water come on it. Highly recommended ...
