great store!
There, the customer is not king, but the saleswoman. My wife and I didn't like the climate there at all.
Bought a jacket and wanted to bring it back because it didn't fit me that well. The saleswoman then told me with horror that she would only get a voucher or goods for goods. This is in the terms and conditions. At least I could have been informed when buying. Now I'm forced to go back to the store. Tredy, no thanks. One saleswoman was very nice and often asked me if she could help me, the second very decisive and made private phone calls, regardless of whether there were customers in the shop. I and 3 other customers received 2 private conversations. These conversations were of the lowest level.
Very unfriendly staff and customer service, I am more than disappointed ... I have been a Tredy customer for many years and more and more satisfied, but this branch once and never again, you only get snappy answers and are simply left stupid, the staff is completely annoyed 😡😡😡
