I have just called the specialist workshop to get advice on a cost estimate. Although the workshop could not find a suitable solution for me, they gave me friendly advice and provided me with important information about the further course of my camera damage.

In short, I am absolutely satisfied. We had two phone calls in advance, to discuss the details, very pleasant conversations, as a customer, I felt valued, which is not commonplace everywhere. I got a fairly accurate estimate, which was about the same as the bill, nowhere lurked an unpleasant surprise. The camera I got back after the agreed period, repaired, cleaned, safely packed.
I can recommend this workshop with the very best of my conscience and I will use it again if necessary.
