Unfortunately I have to give a bad rating after my client's last stay. He / she could not or could not be helped. The staff was very rude to visitors. The same with the day clinic (unfriendly sisters). It will not deal with him / her. She / he does not feel understood or taken away. The disease has so far not been able to be cured. The doctor's statement: You have to live with the disease !!! What an unqualified statement !!! Then Corona came and almost all of the patients were sent home, even though they (the patients) were not cured or not healthy, years before the client had been treated there and the staff was OK, not like now. But you also have to mention fairly that you can be happy that there is such a facility here where you can turn if you are not feeling well, but that is no reason to be unfriendly, but maybe it is it's the Dessau mentality. Unfriendliness is capitalized in Dessau (of course not everyone, there are exceptions). I also understand that the job is not an easy one, but which one is ...

Actually, yes, zero stars, but that is unfortunately not. Because of this super care of supposedly high qualified doctors I lost my mother. And then even get stupid comments from the doctor and staff. I do not know what to say. I can say so much, but I'll leave it at that.

Very bad. One does not believe one and the tenor is, patient leave money there but disappear. If it were, you would have to deduct stars. The very last.
