Web presence and appearance made a sympathetic and family impression. Therefore, as private individuals, we have decided to contact this tax office by e-mail. After 1 1/2 weeks came back the following: Nothing. After telephone demand came only: "Mr. Dünnow is not here today and tomorrow, call you next week best, but please if afternoon". Answering a request with a one-liners would not have been the difficulty. So I can not judge the competencies of the office, but service starts with the first contact and that did not work for us. The star is there at least for the friendly grin.
