Rückpass Lounge

Celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was really great. Already at the preliminary meeting I felt in good hands. Always my pleasure.

Have in the Rückpasslounge my 30th birthday with around 50 guests celebrated. Had a great party. Light, fog machine and music system all on site. Both seating, bar and dance floor at leisure. Have made a buffet and drinks were served. All in all a nice ambience and uncomplicated handling. Would party here anytime :)

The staff were totally rude and have the guests subject matters. They threatened to kick us out and did it in the end. My girlfriend cried totally because it would mess up her whole birthday, while everyone behaved in a totally decent way and no one drank too much or anything went peacefully and the staff pushed the mood down.

Great atmosphere, nice and fast service, all right!

Rarely seen such a poorly run restaurant / bar. A host who obviously doesn't feel like working at all. Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. Food and drinks that are on the menu are only available sporadically. French fries are best ordered 2 days in advance. This location must be avoided at all costs.
