Great service: friendly, attentive, almost familiar; here you always try to make everything possible. Very good address!

My first order was a complete success. Ordered online at 5 p.m., the books were ready to be picked up the next morning. The friendly lady in the bookstore was another highlight. So much nicer than at Amaz ..... shopping on the internet can be! My very clear recommendation and a warm greeting from the rear Neustadt!
