I had my car there in the inspection today, which was done quickly and unnecessary repairs were avoided. I felt very well advised because I was shown old and damaged spare parts again and all procedures were explained to me piece by piece. Was brought home by car for free by friendly staff and picked up again for free.

As a new customer at Fa Jonny Hilker, I was very satisfied with the service. I noticed a quick appointment, friendly and helpful staff. During the first contact, I particularly liked that the service foreman showed me my vehicle on the lifting platform and explained how necessary repairs were to be checked. In the last 30 years with VW and Audi vehicles, I have never received this from other VW-Audi companies or large car dealerships.
