Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Bremen Überseestadt

Don't use this station if you're a foreigner. Despite having valid ID, driving license and German residence my wife was declined her car, even after she provided her original German residence registration document. Staff took photos of her personal identification documents to send it via WhatsApp to her colleague for "verification"... what a show... Edit1: Enterprise hotline apologized and tried to arrange a car through the Bremen airport office, however, automatic transmission was not available. Edit2: Sixt helped out, standard set of papers was requested only (ID, license, credit card).

Very nice easy way to rent a car the workers are great. I can't complain.

I must say that I am very impressed with the service that is offered at this enterprise location. Very friendly team, great cars and very good proximity to the city center. I would definitely recommend hiring a car here!

Just don't count on having the car there, when you need it. One time, they offered me a full size van in lieu of a compact; another time they just didn't have the keys for the car, and offered to wait for a while. Not to mention small charming customer care details, - like renting out a dirty car and complaining when it was returned unwashed.
