I was actually very happy with the rental of the van from United. The rent itself was cheap, fast and problem-free, the contact was friendly and also very uncomplicated. The pick up and drop off were also fully satisfactory. However, I also have problems with the deposit. It's been 6 weeks since my rent and I still haven't got my money back. Even after renewed contact, in which I was assured that I would get my deposit back, nothing was returned. Unfortunately, I haven't received an answer since then.

I can only recommend United. That was the fourth time I rented a van there. Unfortunately I had to postpone my appointment several times, which was not a problem at all. You are very flexible. Before the trip, I was told to take photos of the vehicle, which I think is really great. There were no problems with the deposit refund either. I paid with a prepaid credit card; however, the amount had to be canceled so that it was available on the card again. But that seems to be due to the credit card provider. Everything was great, totally positive. Gladly again!

We rented a Sprinter here for a Saturday relatively spontaneously. The van provided to us was badly damaged in parts, but the on-site employee dealt with it openly. The vehicle was handed over by video, which meant that there was sufficient transparency for both sides. United was also available to answer questions during the journey.

Booked the van at the class price and received it on time for the pick-up date. Payment was made by credit card. A deposit was only blocked on the card. The vehicle was clean and technically perfect. For me it is very unusual to drive such a van. However, I got a briefing so that I could find my way around immediately. After it was returned, which was completely uncomplicated, my card would be unblocked. All in all, I am very satisfied and would like to come back.
