The budget car rental on the Kirchbachstraße know the rudest staff on what I've ever experienced in a car rental. Especially Ms. Müller-Hester seems to be overstrained with her task and leaves this out with the customers. This is trying to impose any damage to the customer, which were already in advance on the vehicle. In addition, higher bills are written for too much driven miles and refueling is included in the calculation, even though the vehicle is returned full-filled, here the customer is literally ripped off! The lady is even offensive, tears the bill out of hand, etc. I've never experienced anything like that and so I can not advise anyone to rent a car here. It's really unbelievable how older people can be treated like this. Then I rather pay 4-5 euros more, but meet friendly and honest staff!
